USPS mandate for removal of manually set postage
meters
Who is affected?
If you currently take your postage meter to the post office
to add postage, you are using a manual (counter-set) meter. New
USPS regulations do not allow contract renewal of manually set meters
and they must be replaced with meters using a remote
resetting system for postage refills. This website is dedicated
to helping you understanding these regulations and your options
regarding these changes.
