The scale does not power up and I just put in the new rate Pak.
Power off the scale. Remove the Pak. Reinstall the old or original
Pak. Power on. This should confirm the working operation of the
scale. At this point power off the scale, remove the Pak, reinstall
the new Pak and power on. The scale should now be working. In the
unlikely event the scale is not working, please contact us, at 1-800-934-2257,
for a cartridge replacement.
For the 8505/8510 or 7450 scale:
Unplug the scale from the wall socket. Remove the Pak. Reinstall
the old or original Pak and plug it back in. This should confirm
the working operation of the scale. At this point unplug the scale
from the wall socket, remove the Pak, reinstall the new Pak and
plug it back in. The scale should now be working. In the unlikely
event the scale is not working, please contact us, at 1-800-934-2257,
for a cartridge replacement.
