Rate Change FAQ's
Q: Have my new Rates been shipped to me?
A:If you received a letter from Neopost requesting a purchase
order or pre-payment and have responded with payment by December
23, 2004, you should expect your updated rates to be delivered a
few days before the new rates become effective.
If you have moved or received new Neopost equipment recently,
please contact Neopost immediatly to update your profile information
so we can send your new software update. Customer Support can
be reached at: 800-934-2257.
Q: What do I do with my old Rate Module / Software?
A:Neopost will recycle rate modules wherever possible.
It helps us to keep the cost of future new software down and we
can pass those savings along to you.
A pre-addressed return envelope arrives with every package of new software sent to make the return as easy
for you as possible. If you don't receive return packaging with your shipment, please send your old software to this address:

Q: I have a FriendShip/ASX system, when must I upgrade from UPS PLD5.5 to UPS PLD0200?
A:UPS requires that all customers are upgraded to the latest
"PLD" protocol by December 31, 2004.
Q: If I have the old UPS PLD5.5 communications, will the Rate change upgrade my system?
A:No. You must upgrade your software to the new PLD0200 Protocol
Q: I have a Windows 95 and Windows 98 computer, will those support the new UPS PLD0200 protocol?
A:No. You must have a Windows 2000 or XP computer.
Q: Who can I contact in order to upgrade my computer to support the UPS PLD0200 Protocol?
