Q. What is the POC PIN number for my Model 9659 Postage Meter?

A. It is the same as your user PIN number.

Q. Has my ACH account been established yet?

A. It normally takes 10 working days from the date of receipt. To verify, call 1-800-867-3738.

Q. Who do I contact to order consumable supplies?

A. Call 1-800-735-5343 or click on "eSHOP" from the Neopost web site www.neopostinc.com.

Q. Who do I make my Postage-On-Call check payable to?

A. The United States Postal Service.

Q. Can I pay for postage with a credit card?

A. No.

Q. My postage meter displays "Lock Out". What does this mean?

A. You need to perform a P-20 meter inspection with this meter. You can do this by using the "1-800-TO RESET" phone line. Just select the option "To clear a P-20". Before you call, however, take the ascending and descending register readings from your meter just as if you were adding postage.
