Q. What is the address I mail my Postage-On-Call check to?

A. Please make checks payable to "United States Postal Services". Deposits will be accepted at any of the following remittance addresses. The address with the most efficient mail service from your location will be pre-printed on your deposit slip coupons.

Q. What is my account balance?

A. Call Postage-On-Call at 1-800-867-3738. When prompted by the operator, choose "Account Info."

Q. How long does it take from when I mail my check until it is posted to my POC account?

A. Approximately 7 to 10 working days for regular mail. For overnight, 3 to 4 business days.
