Customer Service FAQs (cont'd)

Q. I have a Model (SM22, SM26) postage meter and the display reads "HV Error." What does that mean?

A. You have exceeded the pre-programmed value of the postage meter. Press and hold the "Enter" key while printing postage on envelopes.

Q. How do I reset the user pin error on my Model SM22, SM26 postage meter?

A. Press "Set" on the meter then enter 9430. Press the right arrow key until the display reads "Pin Tries". Then press "RST", press "Enter", press "Omit" and press "CLR".

Q. My Model SE37 Electronic Scale displays "Under Load". What does that mean?

A. The scale may need to be reset, or if just unboxed, check to see if there is still a piece of cardboard packing under the platter. Press "Zero" to reset, or remove the platter and discard cardboard if present.
