Q. Why does my billing (leasing or rental) change?

A. The second year is billed based upon the usage of the postage meter when not bundled in a Neopost lease.

Q. What time period does my invoice cover?

A. This is printed on the invoice. If you cannot find it, contact Customer Service at 1-800-827-4543.

Q. Can I have a copy of my contract?

A. Only if you have a lease agreement.

Q. What is this invoice for?

A. For the rental or leasing of the postage meter, maintenance, rate change protection, supplies, service, etc.

Q. Can we pay our invoice with a credit card?

A. Yes

Q. How do I get my equipment picked up?

A. Contact your local or authorized Neopost dealer located in the yellow pages under mailing equipment, or call 1-800-827-4543 (customer service ERA dept.). It is best however to speak to a local Neopost representative to resolve issues.
