MailManager II Consolidator
Neopost MailManager II is a multi-workstation data consolidation software which resides on a separate query desktop PC. It collects and validates postage accounting data directly from up to 16 Neopost IJ mail machines simultaneously. This approach allows the operators to work independently from the mail machine console rather than from an external data entry terminal or PC keyboard. The transaction data is then automatically uploaded to the query workstation and is consolidated and reported by department or account. Information from other mail machine workstations or Neopost shipping systems may also be consolidated within the same MailManager II database for complete reporting.
