Designed to optimize time and lower costs, this system expedites the performance of mid-volume mailing applications. Offering the latest in tabletop document handling technology, the SI76C features the modularity needed to meet both current and future customer requirements, ensuring long-time protection of a company's document handling equipment investment.
The modular design of Neopost's SI76C enables users to add new features at any time. For example, with the capability to have 2, 4 or 6 workstations, this system allows almost any size document to be folded/inserted in the order dicatated by the user. Also, to guarantee that business-critical documents are delivered to the intended addressee, users can add Neopost's Optical Mark Recognition feature - the most secure form of OMR in the industry.
With a comprehensive range of advanced features, Neopost's SI76C delivers a superior combination of ease-of-use, speed and flexibility. The system accommodates a range of advanced applications, including bottom address and short folds. Additionally, the SI76C includes an intelligent programming feature which allows for concise address positioning regardless of document design.
The system's functionality also includes: collation before folding, so the entire document is folded together with fewer stoppages; Secure 'N Feed™, that electromechanically checks the thickness of the document; and IntelliDeck®, which reduces manual sorting by automatically sorting the mail before folding. Additionally, this folder/inserter can perform up to 20 pre-programmable jobs, and with the convenience of Load 'N Go®, various personnel can use the system without the need for set-up time.
