Neopost Introduces Next Step in Automated, Streamlined
Document Handling
PrintMachine software for folder/inserter system
enhances document creation, increases savings
Neopost, the worldwide provider of mailing, addressing, document
handling and mail management systems, introduces PrintMachine, print
stream management software that simplifies mailings of every size
and allows users of Neopost folder/inserters to electronically create
documents like invoices, statements and other customer mailings.
The Windows-based PrintMachine software, working in conjunction
with a Neopost folder/inserter, provides a complete document management
solution, from file creation through envelope insertion.
Neopost's PrintMachine automates the entire document creation
process to dramatically reduce labor costs and deliver documents
to customers with greater speed and accuracy. The system allows
users to send business critical documents by the most appropriate
delivery system, whether via fax, email or through the postal system.
The software is also able to merge data, group documents for the
same recipient, presort for United States Postal Service (USPS®)
automation discounts, print documents, and apply optical marks that
drive the intelligent folding/inserting process. Additionally, PrintMachine
provides the flexibility needed to keep up with changes in postal
requirements or customer needs.
PrintMachine's merging, grouping and printing capabilities result
in drastic savings for customers. By merging data, PrintMachine
reduces the number of statements printed and mailed and ensures
that multiple documents designated to one recipient will be enclosed
in a single envelope. This can significantly lower the costs of
postage and printing, and make certain that recipients receive one
streamlined document. In fact, if the number of documents exceeds
the requirements of one size envelope the system simply selects
the next larger envelope automatically. Additional savings can be
garnered from the system’s ability to verify addresses against
the USPS database that qualify for discounts.
