Neopost Introduces Enhancement to Mailing Systems
Industry's First Modular Thermal Roll Tape Dispenser
Neopost, the worldwide provider of mailing, addressing, document handling and logistics systems, introduces its thermal roll tape dispenser specifically designed to enhance its IJ65/75 and 85 series of digital inkjet mailing systems. Neopost's series of digital inkjet mailing systems is comprised of the IJ105 for high-speed performance, the IJ75 and IJ85 for high-volume mailings, the IJ35 and IJ45 for small businesses with occasional large-volume mailings, and the IJ25 for the Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) market. The thermal roll tape dispenser is an external modular unit that can be integrated into existing machines as well as newly purchased systems. It offers a sleek design and the capability to broaden mailroom operations.
Neopost's thermal label dispenser connects to the serial port of the IJ65, IJ75 and IJ85 mailing machines. It is fully IBI equipped and meets both current and future USPS postal regulations.
Unlike the pre-cut postage meter tapes that must be peeled before being adhered to a parcel, the dispenser provides self-adhesive labels to the exact length, that are ready to stick, no peeling required. This enables a faster flow, and saves on costs associated with using a significant number of labels.
