The sorting capabilities of Neopost's BTA PrintMachine's include merging, grouping and printing. Because each recipient receives only one envelope per run, there is an enormous savings on postage. Additional postal savings can be garnered from the system's ability to verify addresses against the USPS database and generate barcodes that qualify for USPS discounts.
Neopost's folding/inserting equipment, using optical mark recognition, can stuff those grouped sets into the right sized envelopes, ensuring that documents are properly posted by the mailing machine.
