Function:
The objective of the Sales Representative (also referred to herein as SR) position is to drive incremental
revenue within the mailing and shipping marketplace. The SR will be responsible for developing, implementing,
and managing sales initiatives within a geographical sales territory.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the branch managers/sales managers, the SR will be responsible for developing and
leading a proactive sales effort in pursuit of prospects. Performance objectives will be established in
the following areas:
- Achievement of sales goals and new account development
- Development and implementation of a networking program with complementing industries to build a prospect base and name recognition
- Coordination of sales efforts to leverage the strengths of various Neopost support functions, including Marketing, Service, Call Center, PC Applications, Product Development, etc.
- Support of sales training programs including the participation in events that facilitate the transfer of product and industry knowledge to other team members
- Development, implementation, and support of lead generation and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success.
- MS Office and Windows computer skills.
