Job Description:
Neopost is currently looking for a Field Service Technician to work with its
exciting line of mailing, shipping and document handling products.
The Field Service Technician is responsible for:
- Installing mailing and document handling equipment.
- Providing customer training following installations.
- Answering service calls for customers, and our service and sales
organizations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience and proficiency with electro-mechanical diagnostic and
repair tools and test equipment.
- Experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment (i.e. postage
meters, copiers, or paper handling systems). A strong electro-mechanical
aptitude.
- Ability to organize and prioritize service orders.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- AA degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience with servicing office and/or mail equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software systems is desired.
