Job Description:
Neopost is currently looking for a Field Service Technician to work with its exciting line of mailing, shipping and document handling products.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for:

  • Installing mailing and document handling equipment.
  • Providing customer training following installations.
  • Answering service calls for customers, and our service and sales organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience and proficiency with electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair tools and test equipment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment (i.e. postage meters, copiers, or paper handling systems). A strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize service orders.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • AA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with servicing office and/or mail equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and software systems is desired.
