Sales
Neopost has been in business for over 70 years, which means we have
a well-established, committed client base already in existence.
Sales Representatives are assigned a protected territory that allows
cultivation of current customers, as well as new business development.
Neopost is committed to lead generation programs, which may provide
additional sales opportunities. In addition, Product Sales are available
to work with Sales Representatives in selling our high technology
product line.
Our policy is to provide a highly competitive earning opportunity
for salespersons, based on performance in equipment sales and leases,
placement of meters and registers, maintenance agreements, and rate
change contracts. Sales Representatives are paid on booking of the
orders.
Total Compensation includes the following:
Salary - Monthly base salary.
Allowance - Monthly car and expense allowance.
Monthly Commission - Commissions are based on the net value
of the order for: equipment, maintenance, rate change contracts,
meters and registers, and lease renewals. Commission rates vary
by product category and job title.
Quarterly Bonus - Paid quarterly and based on performance.
Draw - During the training period, salespersons receive a
draw. All commissions paid during this period are applied against
the draw.
(In some regions, Neopost has established entry-level Sales Associates,
and their compensation structure will differ.)
Service
Field Service Technicians install new equipment and provide customer-training
following installations. Technicians who staff our branches' service
departments are provided with industrial laptops with wireless dispatching
of customer service calls and communications with technical support.
Field technicians are also provided with company vehicles, as well
as all tools, test equipment and specialized training needed to
ensure success as a field service technician.
