Milam first met with JMP sales manager John Kodras and his son Patrick, JMP's service manager. They discussed a setup that would interface a Neopost electronic mail machine with a Neopost shipping system. JMP even brought Milam to the offices of another Neopost customer in the area to watch a similar system in action.

After meeting with all three companies, Milam purchased a Neopost SM94 mail machine, along with a conveyor stacker, plus a Neopost FriendShip® mail accounting and shipping automation/management system. "I was impressed with the Neopost products," Milam says. "I liked what they are able to do, and I knew exactly what I was getting for my money."
